Welcome to PixelRT. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

All activity on your account is your responsibility.

All transactions are between the buyer and seller. PixelRT is not liable for any disputes regarding product quality or delivery.
Buyers must pay the agreed price. Sellers must deliver the product as described.
For custom requests or services, buyers should only make payment after the order has been completed and delivered through the platform.
No off-site payments are allowed. All transactions must be completed through the PixelRT payment system.
We take a commission of 10% on each sale (or your current platform rate). Commission fees are subject to change, but advance notice will be provided before any changes take effect.
Payment Processing Fee: An additional 8% payment processing fee will be added to all purchases. This fee covers platform and payment provider costs and is non-refundable. Payment processing fees are subject to change at any time, with prior notice given where possible.
No refunds: All sales are final. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

You may not upload or sell illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content that you do not own or have permission to sell.
NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is strictly prohibited. This includes pornographic or sexually explicit materials.

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from using the platform. Users transact at their own risk.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of PixelRT implies acceptance of updated terms.
